Quick Fulfillment — Shopify App • Last updated: October 3, 2026

Quick Fulfillment ("the App") is developed and operated by ARS Concepts ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you install and use our App on the Shopify platform.

1. What Data We Collect

When you install and use the App, we access and store the following data from your Shopify store:

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide, support, and improve the App. Specifically:

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing to your customers, or any purpose unrelated to the App's fulfillment functionality.

3. Data Storage & Security

App records are stored on managed servers. Saved FTP/SFTP passwords are encrypted by the App. We use security practices including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security updates. Only authorized personnel have access to production infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent merchant or customer data. The App communicates with Shopify to read orders and process shipments, with the FTP/SFTP servers you configure, and with hosting and operational service providers that support the App. Internal installation and failure alerts contain minimized event information; fulfillment failure alerts contain counts and error categories rather than order or tracking details. Merchant feedback is saved privately for our team and is not sent as an email or posted as a public review.

On our Shopify App Store listing, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and install-button clicks. When installation attribution is enabled, Shopify also sends completed-installation events with store identifiers such as the shop ID, name, and URL. This listing measurement does not send customer orders, tracking numbers, or supplier-file contents from the App to Google. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored for as long as the App remains installed on your Shopify store. If you uninstall the App, all associated data — including shop settings, carrier configurations, fulfillment logs, upload history, FTP/SFTP connection details, activity markers, and merchant feedback — is deleted from our servers immediately when Shopify notifies us that the App was uninstalled.

6. GDPR Compliance

We support Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks. You can contact us to:

We also support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks for customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure. These are processed automatically when triggered by Shopify.

7. Customer Data

The App accesses customer information (names and shipping addresses) only as part of order data displayed within the App. We do not use customer data for any purpose other than displaying it to you in the order fulfillment interface. We do not contact your customers directly and do not store customer data separately from order records.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
